Coming from a family with a long-standing involvement in the travel and tourism business across different segments of the industry, Justin developed a deep understanding of tourism, hospitality, travel services, and the changing needs of travel businesses. With an academic background in Commerce and Law (B.Com., LL.B.), he brings together business knowledge, legal understanding, and a strong connection to the travel and tourism industry.

As the son of Kissan Justin, Founder of Travel Steps Asia, Jeswino represents the next generation of the family's involvement in the tourism business. With a family background in tourism spanning generations, he is part of the third generation of the family’s travel and tourism business, carrying forward its experience while embracing modern technology and digital entrepreneurship.
